Ambition Recruitment, on behalf of a leading global bank, seeks a client onboarding professional to support multinational corporate clients across Cash Management and FX solutions. You will manage onboarding, KYC reviews, and account opening for a portfolio of international subsidiaries.

This role suits an early-career banking professional aiming to gain exposure to commercial banking, global transaction services and multinational client relationship management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in banking, cash management or financial services.
• Exposure to onboarding, KYC, account opening or client servicing activities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Client-focused approach with stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, KYC reviews and account opening requirements.
• Support and maintain relationships with a portfolio of multinational corporate clients.
• Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
• Assist with credit-related administration, renewals and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships across cash management and FX products.
• Ensure client records and regulatory documentation remain accurate and up to date.
