Qualifications

• Strong judgement, curiosity and the confidence to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience as Executive Officer, Business Manager, Senior Executive Assistant, Associate or early-career Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate priorities across the Global CIO and senior technology leaders across multiple international markets.
• Prepare for and facilitate leadership meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, actions and follow-up.
• Drive agreed actions and initiatives forward across multiple stakeholders.
• Help maintain visibility across key workstreams, decisions and competing priorities.
• Improve communication and coordination across geographically dispersed teams.
• Prepare presentations, papers, updates and executive-level communications.
• Undertaking research and analysis to support decision-making.
• Bringing together information from across the business and ensuring clear follow-through.
• Support broader strategic and operational initiatives within the Global CIO Office.
