Job summary

Akcelo is a dynamic independent creative agency that combines strategy, design and technology. We are seeking a Finance Director to own financial reporting across multi-entity structures, lead a small team, and drive close, consolidation, and compliance across Australia, Canada, the US and UK.

You will supervise month-end processes, coordinate budgeting cycles and provide insightful financial analysis to guide strategic decisions in a fast-paced brand experience environment.

Qualifications

• Significant senior finance experience in an agency or brand environment.
• Strong control environment and process improvement mindset.
• Experience with multi-entity / multi-currency reporting and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and consolidation for Australian entities and Group reporting.
• Oversee payroll, tax compliance and intercompany activity across entities.
• Manage budgeting/forecasting cycles and provide strategic financial insights to leadership.
• Provide governance and review for revenue recognition, cost control and reporting accuracy.
