Recruit Shop in Sydney is seeking an experienced Glass & Aluminium Installer to join our family-owned company. Immediate start for a hard-working and reliable team member with on-site duties across Sydney Metro.

You will lead apprentices, fabricate and install glass and aluminium projects, read plans, and ensure precise measurements on-site while coordinating materials for current and upcoming jobs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in installation and repair of glass and aluminium.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead apprentices in a safe working environment.
• Aluminium fabrication and installation of glass and aluminium projects.
• Design, read, and interpret plans, sketches, and shop drawings.
• Provide and adhere to precise measurements and installation on-site.
• Organize materials for coordination for current and upcoming jobs.
