We currently have two Crop Care Leading Hand positions, one based at our Mansfield site and the other at our Warragul site, to lead our Crop Care operations and drive our team towards excellence.

We’re seeking a motivated Crop Care Leading Hand to lead a team in our greenhouse operations. This hands-on role involves guiding team members, ensuring high-quality crop care, supporting training and development, and promoting a positive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate the Crop Care Team to meet their deliverables
• Support training and performance development
• Ensure tasks are completed to high standards while prioritizing team wellbeing

What You’ll Bring:

• Leadership experience with strong people and communication skills
• A proactive, team-first attitude
• Background in agriculture or crop care is a plus (but not required)
