Job summary

Trend Windows & Doors Pty Limited in Victoria seeks Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team. You will operate production machinery, feed materials, perform manual handling, and package finished products for delivery and installation, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Candidates will work in a team, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute to meeting production targets and customer expectations.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to follow safe work practices with PPE and WHS rules.
Ability to operate production machinery and assist with manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated numeracy and ability to read measurements and data sheets.

Responsibilities

Safe Work Practices: maintain a safe work environment and follow WHS procedures.
Operate production machinery as part of a team to meet quality standards.
Help with feeding materials, packaging finished products and housekeeping to 5S standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency in production processes.
Support colleagues and multi-skill across tasks as required.
Ensure adherence to company policies and integrity in work practices.
