Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a GIS specialist to deliver high-quality spatial intelligence and publish authoritative GIS applications for major transport projects in NSW. You will shape workflows, improve data quality, and enhance user experience across enterprise GIS environments.

Join a team delivering complex infrastructure programs with a focus on standards, collaboration with consultants and stakeholders, and ongoing learning in ESRI ArcGIS technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geographic Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Proven capability with ESRI ArcGIS technologies and GIS standards across projects.

About you

• You possess qualifications in Geographic Information Systems or a related discipline, with proven capability using ESRI ArcGIS technologies.
• You’re recognised as a trusted technical adviser with skills in developing GIS solutions using programming and scripting.
• You bring experience implementing GIS specifications, standards, and procedures across projects, working effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and delivery teams.
