Job summary

Bendigo Health invites applications for a Geriatric Medicine Advanced Trainee (Registrar) position in Victoria, 2027. Qualifications

MBBS or equivalent required.
General registration with AHPRA required.
Eligibility for or interest in RACP Geriatric Medicine Advanced Training or suitable experience for a non-accredited registrar position.

Responsibilities

Gain comprehensive exposure to inpatient, outpatient, emergency and community-based geriatric medicine through a structured rotation program.
Supervise and support junior medical staff; participate in bedside teaching and clinical education.
Develop leadership and supervisory skills within a collegial team environment.
Weekly geriatric clinics and subspecialty exposure (CDAMS, Telehealth, Falls, Movement Disorders) to broaden clinical experience.

Education

MBBS or equivalent
