Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or geotechnical related field.
• Ability to travel across the state.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and presentation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong multitasking, self-starter mindset, and passion for construction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Foremen and Superintendents to track and analyze field work plans.
• Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
• Analyze budgeted vs actual production rates and materials.
• Perform quantity take-offs from plans and compare weekly quantities.
• Assist in developing Work Activity Plans and Look Ahead schedules.
• Provide monthly owner quantity reports and assist with monthly billing.
• Maintain project logs, plans, revisions, and as-builts.
• Read and interpret safety rules, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Support project engineers and field supervision as required.
