Job summary

ADE Consulting Group is seeking an Associate Geotechnical Engineer to lead geotechnical investigations and construction phase support for civil projects across NSW, QLD and VIC. Deliver high-quality reports, build strong client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to business growth while prioritising community well-being and sustainability.

You will conduct fieldwork, manage design assessments, identify opportunities, and contribute to sustainability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or a related field.
• Strong report writing and technical skills to apply geotechnical principles effectively.
• Excellent project management and client engagement skills with budget-conscious delivery.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork, including remote site investigations, and hold a valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of construction phase support services and geotechnical investigations with quality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and pursue client needs.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities and report on outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality technical reports and documentation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members; share knowledge through training sessions.
