Qualifications

• Undergrad in data science/AI/CS seeking hands-on experience in geotechnical investigations.
• Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries required.
• Experience or coursework in geotechnical engineering, geophysics, or civil engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine and validate data analytics and ML models for ground conditions related to piling in solar/storage projects.
• Consolidate large datasets from boreholes, testing pits, geophysical surveys and piling records.
• Build predictive models and visualization tools to improve ground risk assessment and project planning.
• Adapt existing models to Australian ground conditions and project requirements.
