Job summary

Amentum in Canberra is seeking a Specialist Engineer to contribute to Capability Definition Documents development and Geospatial Systems within the Intelligence Capability Division. The role requires Australian citizenship and PV or TS-PA clearance, and involves on-site work five days a week at Defence locations in the ACT.

You will provide systems and software engineering services across the capability lifecycle, collaborating with the Geospatial Collection Systems Directorate to deliver

Qualifications

• Australian Citizens with PV or TS-PA security clearance.
• Must be based in the ACT region and available on-site five days per week.
• Complete the Defence Intelligence Group training requirements.
• Complete all mandatory Defence Intelligence Group training requirements and CONCLUDE with the DISA process (typically 4–16 weeks).
• Complete a Deed of Confidentiality and AGSVA clearance ID or DOB as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems and software engineering services as described in Attachment A – SOW.
• Support the Geospatial Collection Systems Directorate across the capability lifecycle.
• Collaborate across Defence enterprise to deliver technically complex geospatial capabilities.
