Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Geospatial Design and Visualisation Officer/Graphic Designer to deliver high‑quality graphics and data visualisations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex information into accessible publication layouts, infographics and maps, using MAPublisher with Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Cloud on a Mac environment.

Hybrid work is available, with attendance at Milsons Point and Macquarie Park as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, visual communication or publication design.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear layouts and infographics.
• Experience with geospatial graphics and related software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality graphics services including mapping, layouts, visualization and infographics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver products from brief to final delivery.
• Develop accessible design solutions aligned with accessibility guidelines and copyright permissions.
• Assist in drafting work briefs for procurement of creative services and tools.
