Job summary

RDA Research is seeking a Data Analyst/Scientist to translate client problems into analytical solutions using the geoTribes Platform. You will work with Python and SQL in a collaborative team to deliver impactful insights from demographics, consumer behaviour, and retail spatial modelling.

The role emphasizes rigorous statistical methods and practical application, with opportunities for long-term career growth in a client-focused environment in Sydney's CBD.

Qualifications

• A degree with a strong quantitative major such as physics, statistics, mathematics or a related discipline, with at least a distinction average.
• A quantitative double major is highly regarded, especially with statistics.
• A deep understanding of statistical concepts and methods and their application to real-world problems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Refine methods and processes behind our Human Insights Data to support continuous improvement and innovation.
• Work with clients to understand business objectives and use the geoTribes Platform to deliver analytical solutions.
• Present and explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Take ownership of delivering high-quality projects from problem framing through to solution implementation.
• Apply and develop statistical skills in demand and consumer modelling, data fusion, segmentation, and geospatial analysis.
