Seequent is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist, Geologist in Perth, Australia. The role blends geoscience expertise with customer engagement to support mining customers in using Leapfrog Geo and Central more effectively.

You will deliver tailored technical support, product demonstrations, training, and mentoring from trial through to advanced use. Working closely with sales, global technical leads, and development teams, you will understand customer workflows, build implementation plans,

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level geoscience qualification, preferably in Geology, with at least five years of experience in exploration and/or mining.
• Strong knowledge of geological modelling workflows across commodities and 3D modelling software.
• Confident written and verbal English communication, with ability to explain complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regionally or overseas up to 15% of time.

Responsabilités

• Share expert-level product knowledge and workflows with mining customers for Seequent’s geoscience tools.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Inside Sales to advance opportunities through demonstrations, trials, and implementation planning.
• Provide remote technical support and tailored solutions for complex mining challenges.
• Engage customers through account health checks and best-practice guidance to embed new features.
• Deliver multi-day training sessions on Leapfrog Geo and Central to build user capability and value.
• Work with regional/global teams to share customer insights and improve solutions.
