Job summary

Indigitise Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking an experienced GEOINT ICT Project Manager to lead delivery and assurance for complex capability programs. You will oversee governance, risk management, budgets, schedules and stakeholder engagement to achieve Final Operational Capability.

The role requires strong leadership, proven ICT project experience, and the ability to provide geospatial intelligence input to OT&E and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Project management knowledge, skills and experience in ICT.
• Experience in project delivery, preferably within a geospatial intelligence environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Effective stakeholder management in Complex Projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with the lead delivery group and other Commonwealth agencies.
• Supporting and participating in Governance Board meetings and governance activities.
• Preparing and providing periodic reports on project performance, delivery status, risks and issues.
• Monitoring project budgets, resource utilisation, timelines and delivery milestones.
• Facilitating risk reviews with the delivery team and maintaining risk information.
• Providing assurance for capability replenishment activities and related documentation.
• Providing assurance over S&T activities associated with GCS projects and contributions to completion reports.
• Overseeing delivery of capability through to Final Operational Capability (FOC).
• Providing geospatial intelligence input to OT&E documentation, planning, and trials.
