Monash Health Pathology is seeking an energetic Genetic Pathologist for the Diagnostic Genomics section (0.7 EFT) based at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton. This fixed-term appointment runs for three years with potential for extra hours and ongoing engagement.

The role covers Cytogenetics, Genetics and Molecular Pathology, and collaborates with molecular pathologists and haematologists. An adjunct academic appointment at Monash University might be available depending on experience.

Formación

• Medical qualification MBBS or equivalent with APHRA registration
• Working with Children’s Check
• FRCPA through the Royal College of Pathologists, Australasia
• Appropriate health professional qualifications and training

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision per NPAAC guidelines
• Contribute to Diagnostic Genomics including Cytogenetics, Genetics & Molecular Pathology
• Collaborate with molecular pathologists and haematologists
• Potential adjunct academic appointment to Monash University
