Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with research projects in LLMs, NLP, or Multimodal ML.
• Publications in conferences, journals, or public repositories (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental and applied research on multimodal LLMs and agentic workflows for generative media.
• Design, prototype, and run experiments on post-training and alignment methods (fine-tuning, RL, synthetic data) to improve model quality.
• Define data pipelines, benchmarks, reward models, and evaluation metrics for multimodal generation and interactive editing.
• Identify opportunities in multilingual, cross-lingual modelling, collaborating with internal teams to shape strategy.
• Author research papers and collaborate with Engineering teams to transfer findings into products.
