Job summary

Connect2Care in Parramatta and surrounds is seeking a Generally Registered Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based therapy via telehealth, community visits and centre-based services. It’s a mobile role with the option to work from home or hubs when not seeing clients.

You will assess and support clients, coordinate with NDIS/Medicare referrals, and maintain timely documentation while managing a varied caseload.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in related field required.
• Discipline-specific professional registration (AHPRA/SPA) required.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC/Blue Card) may be required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Police Check & International Police Check where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults with disabilities.
• Work within the NDIS to maximise function, capacity & social engagement.
• Assist with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications.
• Timely documentation & report writing.

Salary: Banding $79,499 to $96,400 + Super

The Role

As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will be joining amultidisciplinary team. You will provide evidence-based services to peoplethrough multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, communityvisits and centre-based services. Referrals may come through the NDIS, Medicareor privately. It is a mobile role, with the option to work from home or ourhubs when not seeing clients. The role will involve the following:
