Job summary

City FM Australia is seeking a maintenance professional to deliver general maintenance across multiple Goodstart Early Learning centres in Brisbane. You will work autonomously to uphold high standards, delivering reliable repairs and building strong relationships with centre teams and partners.

The role spans carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting and tiling, requiring a trade qualification in carpentry, a valid driver’s licence and a Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in carpentry or similar field.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• Carpentry Licence; Contractor Grade, Nominee Supervisor Grade or Site Supervisor Grade - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide repairs and maintenance across Goodstart Early Learning centres.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance services across multiple early learning centres. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

Your cluster will be based in Brisbane Metro South.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide repairs and maintenance services for your Goodstart Early Learning centres.
• Work without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues.
• Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships.
• Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures.
• Work across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling

To be considered for this role you will have / be:

• Trade qualification in Carpentry, or similar field
• Valid driver's licence
• Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
• Carpentry Licence; Contractor Grade, Nominee Supervisor Grade or Site Supervisor Grade - Preferred
