City Facilities Management Ltd. is seeking a maintenance carpenter to deliver repairs and maintenance across multiple Goodstart Early Learning centres in the Brisbane Metro South area.

The role operates autonomously, focusing on high standards of service and strong supplier/partner relationships. You will perform carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting and tiling tasks, with emphasis on safety and compliance, and you will manage repairs with minimal supervision.

Formación

• Trade qualification in Carpentry or similar field.
• Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
• Carpentry Licence; Contractor Grade, Nominee Supervisor Grade or Site Supervisor Grade - Preferred
• Valid driver's licence.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance services across multiple early learning centres. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

Your cluster will be based in Brisbane Metro South.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide repairs and maintenance services for your Goodstart Early Learning centres.
• Work without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues.
• Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships.
• Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures.
• Work across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling

To be considered for this role you will have / be:

• Trade qualification in Carpentry, or similar field
• Valid driver's licence
• Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
• Carpentry Licence; Contractor Grade, Nominee Supervisor Grade or Site Supervisor Grade - Preferred
