IHR Group in Sydney is seeking a Clinical Coordinator – General Surgery to join a private hospital's Theatre Department. You will provide clinical leadership, work with Nurse Unit Managers and staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in line with best practice and legislative requirements.

The General Surgery portfolio includes Upper GI, Colorectal, Endocrinology, Breast and Bariatric Surgery. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a base hourly rate of $70.89 plus

Qualificações

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum five (5) years' post-graduate nursing experience.
• Proven knowledge as a senior nurse or manager.
• Management or relevant post-graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded.
• Experience or exposure to managing clinical staff including recruitment, rostering and performance management.
• Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human and capital resources.
