Healthcarelink Recruitment Support Partner is partnering with a medium-sized, fully accredited GP training practice in Sydney's Northern Beaches, NSW, offering strong infrastructure and supervision for doctors seeking a busy, sustainable patient base.

The role provides RACGP supervision onsite, with hours from 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings 9am to 2pm, plus a shared Saturday roster to help build earnings while maintaining work‑life balance.

The Practice

This medium-sized, well-established clinic is part of a respected Australian primary care network, offering strong infrastructure and operational support alongside the stability of a larger group.

With a team of 10 GPs and consistent patient demand, the practice provides an excellent environment for doctors looking to build and maintain a busy, sustainable patient base. The mixed billing model supports both reliable income and strong long-term earning potential.

As a fully accredited GP training practice, you’ll be supported by experienced RACGP supervisors onsite, making this an ideal setting for GPs requiring supervision or those who value a collaborative, teaching-focused environment.

Opening hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturday mornings. The clinic encourages doctors to participate in a shared Saturday roster of 1:4, which has proven highly effective for building a loyal patient base quickly while boosting overall earnings.

Current availability includes Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays, with the potential for additional weekday sessions to open over time.
