A thriving, well-established medical centre in Carlingford is seeking an enthusiastic General Practitioner to join its dynamic team to meet rapidly growing patient demand. As a highly sought-after practice where the current clinical team is fully booked, the incoming doctor can expect a full patient load from their very first day. Operating as a fully bulk-billed clinic with Bulk Billing Incentives (BBPIP), this practice offers an exceptionally high earning capacity, a competitive 70/30 billings split, and attractive initial financial incentives to ensure a smooth and rewarding transition.

The practice environment is designed to optimize patient care while ensuring a collaborative and vibrant workplace. The incoming GP will work alongside a collegiate team of eight to nine doctors each day, supported by a dedicated nursing roster of three nurses most days. The state-of-the-art facilities include a large, main treatment room alongside a separate, dedicated procedure room. Practitioners benefit from a cutting-edge clinical ecosystem utilizing Best Practice software, robust IT infrastructure, HotDoc for seamless patient engagement, and Cubiko for advanced practice analysis.
