You’ll be part of a comprehensive team including practice management, reception and nursing staff, with Allied Health, pathology and a pharmacy onsite.

General Practitioner (VR GP) - Eastern Suburbs of Sydney

Job Description The Practice Built with an integrated care framework in mind, this practice has become well established in the area with a strong patient following. With a goal to provide the community and health care professionals a supportive environment where quality medicine is a priority, meaning you can focus on patients, not paperwork.

The practice offers a variety of services including a skin clinic, urgent care, occupational health and a dedicated women’s health clinic, so your special interests will be well supported. The clinic offers 20 GP consultation rooms that are designed to meet you and your patients’ needs, as well as a treatment room and spacious, open plan waiting rooms.

You will be supported by a comprehensive team of practice management, reception and nursing staff, with Allied Health professionals, pathology and a pharmacy onsite for ease of access. Practice opening hours are 8am to 8pm seven days a week, giving you maximum opportunity to build your patient base, with flexible rosters so you can enjoy the beach in your mornings or the city lights in your evenings.

The Location

Under 20 minutes from Sydney CBD and only five minutes from the beach, this location has plenty of amenities and space for recreation. Crowned as a National Surfing Reserve you’ll find plenty to do on the beach, on dry land, there’s an outdoor gym, plenty of joggers and the occasional beach cricket competition (international standard!).

The shopping village includes pharmacies, specialty shops and supermarkets. Most locals travel by bus or car. There are many schools servicing Maroubra locals including public, private and religious schools.
