Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose conditions.
• Ability to order and interpret diagnostic tests and discuss results with patients.
• Coordinate care with other health professionals and services as needed.
• Strong communication skills for patient engagement and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled health assessments, diagnosis and treatment services.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and communicate results with patients.
• Refer and coordinate care with other health professionals and service providers.
• Consult and collaborate with colleagues to provide optimal patient care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and maintain professional rapport.
