PracticaHealth in Sydney is seeking a General Practitioner for full or part-time work across our harbourside group of three practices. Each site offers an AI scribe, flexible day selection, and a generous billing structure for physicians.

Current setup supports approximately one GP per day with a steady stream of new patients; clinical duties include antenatal care, family planning, skin checks, travel vaccines, and mental health referrals onsite.

Job description

General Practitioner - Full or Part Time

Every patient pays a gap? Longer consults pay more? Notes written for you? That’s the day here. $98.90 for a standard consult, $193.90 for a longer one and $113.90 for a standard on Saturdays, 70% of it to you, and an AI scribe taking the notes so you finish when your last patient does.

1 Day or 5 Any days you want, you pick what suits, with the option to split your week across 2 sites where no moratorium restrictions apply. With a gap on every consult, even a short week earns properly.

Remuneration -Take home $600k + Annually

• $450 to $500 per hour Billings
• 70/30 split in your favour
• $98.90 standard consult M-F
• $193.90 long consult
• $113.90 standard consult on Saturdays
• Our Full Time GP earns above $600k annually
• $180 p/hour 4 month guarantee

Company, Culture and Site

A GP owned group of 3 practices, founded by 2 doctors who met at medical school and still consult across the sites themselves. Each practice runs independently under its own principal GP, with a shared practice manager onsite regularly across operations, HR and rostering, and the same systems everywhere, Best Practice with an AI scribe built in. Non corporate, close-knit and expanding.

This is the newest of the 3 and the one with the most room to build. 8 consulting rooms in a harbourside village, currently 1 GP a day, with a good number of new patients coming through each day. Psychologist onsite, cafés and retail on the doorstep, and limited onsite parking.
