Job summary

Mantraraj Medical Centre in Greater Sydney is seeking a full-time, on-site General Practitioner to join our patient-centered team. You will provide advanced clinical care to a diverse patient base and work closely with GPs, physiotherapists, nurses, and other allied health professionals.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, plan treatment, and follow up, with focus on safe, evidence-based care and excellent EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner with AHPRA.
• FRACGP, FACRRM, or equivalent international qualification recognized in Australia.
• Advanced postgraduate training or demonstrated experience in General Practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed musculoskeletal examinations, formulate clear diagnoses, and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and pathology results; manage complex medication regimens.
• Collaborate with GPs, physiotherapists and nursing teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and families on long-term treatment plans and self-management.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and participate in clinical audits and quality initiatives.

Area Insights

We are located on Great Western Highway close to Parramatta, NSW and accessible with easy public transport from the major junction of city of Parramatta. We have a huge patient base and a team of 4 GPs and Multiple Allied Health Practitioners including one Nurse Practitioner. We have onsite pathology facility for quick and convenient pathology test results follow up.

We also have ample of parking available for Healthcare Providers/ Staff and also for our needful patients. We are looking forward to expand our team of General Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site General Practitioner to join our team in the Greater Sydney Area.

In this role, you will provide advanced clinical care to a dedicated patient base with wide range of healthcare needs. You will work in close, integrated collaboration with other GPS, physiotherapists, nurses, and other allied health professionals. Your daily responsibilities will span comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Conduct detailed musculoskeletal examinations, formulate clear diagnoses, and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Diagnostics & Prescribing: Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CTs) and pathology, and manage complex medication regimens within general practice scope.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Act as a core link betweenGPs, physiotherapists, and Nursing teams to ensure seamless and complete patientcare.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on long-term treatment plans, and proactive self-management.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain immaculate electronic medical records and actively participate in clinical audits and service quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Current, unrestricted Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner with AHPRA.
• Fellowship: FRACGP, FACRRM, or equivalent international qualification recognized in Australia.
• Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated experience or advanced postgraduate training in Genera Practice.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced caseload independently while adhering to rigorous safety standards.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and communicate effectively across a diverse multidisciplinary network.

Tech-Savvy: High proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and standard clinical software (e.g., Best Practice, MedicalDirector).
