Job summary

Doctor Aged Care in Melbourne region is seeking a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner to join our mobile aged-care service with a Kyneton facility. This role offers a regular, rewarding session each week with no setup costs or overheads, initially two days per week.

You will conduct routine reviews, care plans and medication charting, and liaise with nursing staff and families for continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Vocationally registered GP required (FRACGP or FACRRM or equivalent).
• Interest in aged care medicine.
• Reliable and compassionate clinician.

We are seeking a dedicatedGeneral Practitionerin a facility located inKyneton. Ideal for a GP who would like to add a regular, rewarding session each week with no setup costs or overheads.

The Role

Flexible commitment – ideally 2 days per week initially

Opportunity to increase sessions as the resident panel grows to potential 100 patients and potential to expand into additional facilities if desired

Conduct routine reviews, care plans, and medication charting

Liaise with nursing staff and families for continuity of care
