University of New South Wales in Sydney is seeking a Senior Lecturer in General Practice to advance teaching and research in primary care. The role is part-time (14–21 hours weekly) at the Kensington campus, contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate Medicine programs and supervising clinical placements.

The successful candidate will hold unrestricted Ahpra GP registration, a RACGP fellowship (or equivalent), and substantial GP experience.

Qualifications

• Medical qualification with Ahpra registration as a General Practitioner.
• Fellowship of the RACGP or Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (or international equivalent).
• Substantial and ongoing clinical GP experience.
• Higher degree or PhD (desirable).
• Proven commitment to up-to-date discipline knowledge and developments.
• Experience in teaching and learning design across undergrad/postgrad.
• Experience with educational technologies and online delivery.
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness and curriculum development.
• Ability to support diverse student backgrounds and inclusion initiatives.

Responsabilités
