Talenting. is building a pool of Practice Nurses for general practice clients across Perth. Roles are available on a full-time, part-time, casual or fixed-term contract basis. Depending on the role, you may be employed directly by the practice, or employed by Talenting and placed with the practice.

This role suits Registered Nurses with general practice or primary care experience who enjoy working with patients of all ages and are confident working independently within a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Ahpra registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Immunisation Certificate and CPR certificate.
• Experience in general practice or primary care.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Triage and support for GPs with assessment and treatment.
• Immunisations and other injections, including cold chain management.
• Wound care and dressings.
• ECGs, spirometry and pathology collection.
• Assisting with minor procedures.
• Health assessments, care plans and care coordination with allied health providers.
• Patient education, recalls and follow-up of test results.
• Treatment room management, infection control and stock ordering.
• Other practice duties as required, including occasional reception cover.
