Qualifications

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA.
• Experience in general practice, primary care, community health, or similar clinical settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Genuine passion for patient-centred healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist with care planning and health assessments.
• Perform wound care, vaccinations, and health screening activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
