Northern Health seeks General Medicine Physicians to join our busy General Medicine service across multiple campuses in Melbourne's rapidly growing northern suburbs. You will work within a dynamic team, contributing to high-quality acute care and rapid turnover initiatives while enabling education and training opportunities for staff.

Available roles include permanent and locum arrangements across hospital units, with potential for Friday rounds in ED observation and flexible leave coverage

Qualifications

• Experience and good working knowledge of general medicine in an acute care setting.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in both clinical services and quality initiatives.
• Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Strong interest in contributing to education and training within a hospital setting.
• Ability to adapt and respond to changing patient needs and hospital requirements.
