Role

The Opportunity The successful candidate will undertake a unique dual-specialty appointment, with the role divided equally between General Medicine and Neurology:

• 0.5 FTE – General Medicine
• 0.5 FTE – Neurology

This structure provides the opportunity to maintain a broad General Medicine practice while also providing specialist Neurology services to the regional community.

Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, the successful applicant will contribute to the delivery of high-quality specialist care across both disciplines.

The Role Provides Excellent Scope To

• Provide specialist inpatient and outpatient medical care
• Manage a broad range of General Medicine presentations
• Provide specialist Neurology assessment and management

• Specialist registration with AHPRA, or eligibility for specialist registration

• SIMGs with RACP Substantially Comparable outcomes in both General Medicine and Neurology are encouraged to apply
