We are looking for a General Manager, Enterprise APAC, to lead expansion and operations across the ANZ and APAC region. In this client facing role, you'll be responsible for driving commercial success, leading a world-class team, and delivering outstanding value to our enterprise legal clients through advanced SaaS and artificial intelligence solutions.

This is a senior executive role with end-to-end responsibility for building and scaling ANZ and wider APAC business. The General Manager will set the regional enterprise strategy, deliver on ambitious growth targets, and ensure market-leading client outcomes. You will represent the company with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, championing enterprise legal technology and artificial intelligence offerings across the enterprise segment.

About the Role
  • Develop a strategic vision for the Australian and New Zealand Enterprise legal segment to achieve revenue goals, growth, and increase market share by aligning on strategy and execution with global counterparts.
  • Develop an expansion strategy to lead the business into additional markets across enterprise sized law firms (500+ seats)
  • Directly manage, mentor and expand a dedicated Australian customer success team
  • Be the face of the business for Australian and New Zealand within the enterprise legal ecosystem to help promote and drive expanded awareness, consideration and market share
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure running effective campaigns, fine-tune existing efforts and run new experiments to raise awareness and generate qualified leads
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to shape a strategic roadmap, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to enhance products for the Australian and New Zealand enterprise legal practice management market.
  • Represent the business at events and deliver presentations (web and in-person) to current and prospective clients, business partners, and law schools
  • Cultivate relationships with relevant technology and legal industry partners to accelerate enterprise presence in the Australian and New Zealand enterprise market
  • Build and oversee a Customer Success team and partner ecosystem to ensure new logos are onboarded and delighting customers
About You
  • Senior Management experience, overseeing multiple aspects of running/scaling a business across a go to market, commercial or professional services in enterprise Legal SaaS.
  • Enterprise B2B Software leadership experience in legal technology, technically strong, with good understanding of the challenges and milestones rolling out enterprise software.
  • Marketing knowledge, GTM strategy and demand generation experience.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry landscape across the enterprise segment in the Australian and New Zealand region
  • History of creating high-performing cultures and teams that are inspired to do better and think bigger as a result of your leadership
  • Strong and clear communication skills and can partner with all levels to align cross-functionally
  • Experience with P&L and understanding of financial analytics
  • Data-driven, logical mindset, highly analytical with the desire and ability to dig into metrics to derive insights.
