Position

The Position: Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Hexagon Mining, in a newly created role we are seeking a General Manager Southern APAC (including Australia, PNG, New Caledonia and New Zealand). This role will see you join our APAC leadership team, in a position pivotal to our strategic growth; to become a trusted partner with our customers, providing advanced technological solutions that support industry demands on mining production.

About You

What You Bring
  • Technical Experience:
  • Background in sales/business development within medium-scale businesses, ideally in Mining Technology, OEM, or consulting/services within the mining sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales performance through process optimization and operational efficiency
  • Proven experience leading small to medium-sized sales teams through growth and change, building cohesive, results-driven cultures
  • Demonstrated success in growing business sales performance, through optimizing sales process and improving divisional operating efficiencies.
