Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a values-led General Manager for Kanwal Springs Care Community on the Central Coast. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care in a home-like environment.

You’ll partner with clinical leaders, drive performance across care quality, finances and compliance, and build strong relationships with residents, families and the local community while championing Opal’s CARE values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a highly regulated, service-led environment (aged care, health or community services).
• Strong ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering an engaged, high-performing culture.
• Commercial acumen with strong financial capability and a commitment to quality care.
• Highly effective communication skills with a visible, hands-on leadership style.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks, quality standards and risk management.
• AHPRA registration (highly regarded), or relevant qualifications/experience in a related field.
