Job summary

Vertaview Group seeks a General Manager - Aged Care to lead All About Living through growth, expansion and integration of new services. You will report to the CEO and shape the strategic agenda for a purpose-driven business backed by a larger group.

You will build high-performing leadership teams, drive commercial performance, stakeholder engagement with government and industry, and deliver sustainable outcomes for older Australians.

Qualifications

• Significant executive leadership experience within aged care, health, community services, or other regulated sectors.
• Proven success leading organisational growth, transformation, and improving commercial performance.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Experience delivering outcomes that straddle group strategy and operations, building, leading, and developing high-performing leadership teams.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to execute, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll lead All About Living, working alongside a sharp, ambitious leadership team to provide industry leading service, and partnering closely with our M&A leader to identify opportunities, integrate new businesses and accelerate growth.
