This is an exceptional opportunity to lead Data#3’s NSW business with an emphasis on strategic execution, business growth and operational excellence within our national framework. As an outstanding people leader, you will support and strengthen our local leadership capability, fostering collaboration and satisfaction across our teams to achieve sustainable performance and long-term goals.
You will promote deep customer engagement and proactively collaborate with managers across the business to enhance customer satisfaction. To support achievement of our business objectives, you will develop productive relationships with suppliers, industry associations, and government representatives.

Who we are looking for:
Proven success leading sales and services teams, achieving consistent revenue growth and operational excellence.
Leadership experience of a Branch/State overseeing business operations, strategy execution and achievement of growth targets.
Proven business development experience liaising at CxO level in corporate and government.
The ability to contribute and develop company strategy and sustainable growth initiatives which achieve long term goals.
Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with customers at all organisational levels, including C-suite executives across multiple industry verticals.
Strong knowledge of IT products, applications, and emerging technologies relevant to Data#3’s solutions
Extensive experience leading and developing teams at all levels, fostering high performance and employee engagement
Exceptional oral and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly, ensuring accurate and impactful engagement with stakeholders
