About the Role

This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership position with full operational oversight and genuine influence. Reporting directly to the CEO and part of the Leadership Team, you will lead a team of experienced senior managers across estimating and operations, driving strategic outcomes and enhancing performance across the entire business. Your focus will be on delivering results through efficient, safe, and high-quality operations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

With end-to-end responsibility across estimating, manufacturing, transport, and installation, this role offers a platform to implement your vision and leadership style in an organisation that values relationships, innovation, quality, and sustained success.

Key Responsibilities

As General Manager, Precast, you will:

• Provide strategic direction and set operational goals aligned with Group priorities
• Oversee all stages of precast sales, project management, production, transport, and installation to ensure timely and compliant delivery
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain high safety standards, and ensure process optimisation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Lead commercial negotiations with 3rd parties
• Take ownership of financial performance and reporting, including budgeting and KPI monitoring
