Job summary

Regional Workforce Management in Veradilla, QLD, is hiring General Labourers and RF Scanner Operators for a permanent role in a beef production facility. You will work in a production environment including cold and freezer settings, on a rotating roster.

Shifts are morning and afternoon with rates of $29.93–$34.42 per hour (incl 15% loading). A Q-Fever vaccination is required; PPE is provided and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Manual loading and product handling incl. loads up to 27.5 kg
• Operate RF/barcode scanners to pick and process products
• Work in chilled and freezer environments
• Follow safety and quality procedures

Responsibilities

About the RoleWe are looking for General Labourers and RF Scanner Operators to join our client, a leading Australian beef supplier, based in Veradilla, QLD. You will be working in a production environment within a cold and freezer setting, as part of a supportive team.

• Permanent Employment | Morning shift- $29.93 per, Afternoon shift -$34.42 per hour incl 15% loading
• Location: Veradilla, QLD 4347
• Roster: Rotating roster (10 hr days), 4 days a week |Morning shift and afternoonshift

Labourer:

• Complete manual loading and handling of products, including loads up to 27.5kg where required
• Follow workplace procedures for safety, quality and product handling
• Work efficiently in chilled and freezer environments
• Complete tasks accurately and work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment

RF Scanners:

• Operate RF and barcode scanners to accurately pick, scan and process products
• Follow workplace procedures for safety, quality and product handling
• Work efficiently in chilled and freezer environments
