Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking dedicated labouring personnel to support a range of construction projects in Queensland. You will operate machinery where licenced, perform general labouring duties, and ensure site cleanliness and safety protocols are followed.

This role may involve local work or remote/away projects as required. We value safety and teamwork highly; you will be expected to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and hold a White Card and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Plant operating experience and relevant tickets (highly regarded).
• Construction White Card.
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
• Have full working rights in Australia.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery including Excavators, Loaders, Skid Steer, Graders (where licenced).
• Work locally or remote/work away project as required.
• Perform general labouring duties including site clean-up and manual handling.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with traffic management and site set-up activities.
• Carry out basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain WHS site specific requirements.
