Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing casual assignments across the region. Immediate start and consistent weekly pay, with strong pathways into permanent work for reliable staff.

You'll perform site preparation, material handling, assisting tradespeople and general labour tasks across landscaping, construction, warehousing and shopfitting environments. Must have 12 months' experience, White Card and a valid driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• Current Driver Licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
