Job summary

SUNKERB is seeking a reliable General Labourer / Kerb Crew Member to join our outdoor team. You will assist with concrete kerb and channel installation, general labouring, and site preparation as part of a busy crew.

Experience in civil construction is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are valued. On-the-job training and ongoing work for the right person are offered.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.

• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
• Has or is willing to obtain a Construction White Card and a current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete kerb and channel installation.
• General labouring and site preparation.
• Assist with concrete placement, finishing and clean-up.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment.
• Load, unload and handle materials on site.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite; work with crew to complete tasks efficiently.

About the Role

Working as part of our kerbing crew, your duties will include:

• Assisting with concrete kerb and channel installation




• General labouring and site preparation




• Assisting with concrete placement, finishing and clean-up




• Operating hand tools and small equipment




• Loading, unloading and handling materials




• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite




• Working closely with other crew members to get the job done efficiently
