Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing casual opportunities across construction, landscaping, manufacturing and shopfitting sites. Immediate start with weekly pay and potential permanent roles after proving yourself on site.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months' general labouring experience, a Construction White Card and a valid driver licence with reliable transport. PPE is required from the worker.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
