Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing, regular shifts across builders, landscapers, manufacturers and industrial sites. Earn competitive hourly rates and weekly pay with opportunities for permanent placement after proving reliability on site.

Ideal candidates have 12 months’ experience, a Construction White Card, a valid driver’s licence and are physically capable of demanding work. We provide ongoing casual assignments and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Reliability and consistency in shifts

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required
