Job summary

Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking reliable labourers for short and long-term construction projects across industrial, commercial, residential sites and more. Roles include site setup, clean up, and assisting fit-out teams with general labouring duties.

We offer competitive pay, travel allowance, penalty rates for overtime, and a temp-to-perm path reviewed at 3 and 6 months, with ongoing work on the same job site.

Qualifications

• White card required.
• Australian Driver’s Licence and own transport required.
• Previous labouring experience preferred.
• Able to pass D&A testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site tasks as Leading Hand where available.
• Set up and clean up construction sites.
• Install temporary structures as needed.
• Perform general labouring to support fit-out activities.
• Manually handle materials and tools safely.

Job description

Fetch Recruitment are currently hiring labourers for both short and long-term construction roles. Projects range from industrial, commercial, residential & more.

THE ROLE

• Leading Hand Roles available
• Site setup and clean up
• Installing temporary structures
• General labouring duties as required to support fit out activities
• Manual handling of materials and tools

THE PAY & BENEFITS

• $36.94 p/h + - rate will depend on experience / project
• $22.41 p/d travel allowance
• Penalty rates for all overtime worked
• Long term, consistent work with same employer on the same job site
• Temp to perm opportunity – reviewed at 3 and 6 months

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• White card

• Previous labouring experience preferred although all people will be considered
