Overview

Lawn and edges to be mowed monthly. Grass around 100m2. Weeding to be kept under control and sprinklers cleanup.

Locations & Scope

• West Pennant Hills: lawn area approximately 700m2. Ride-on mower required.
• Mosman: small corner block undergoing renovation. Grass is shin to knee in height.
• Redland Bay, Shoreline Estate: owner registered land; initial enquiry noted about datura stramonium and surrounding weeds.

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing and edging for residential properties (front and back yards) with approximate durations: about 40 minutes per job (for small yards) or as specified per site.
• Weeding control and sprinkler cleanup; remove weeds to prevent spread.
• General gardening services as per property needs and quotes (quotes may change upon inspection).
