Job summary

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is seeking a Software Systems Engineer to provide technical oversight as a Technical Representative at the manufacturer’s sites in support of PAE Munitions and Missile Defense Agency programs for the Sea Based Terminal (SBT) and SM6 BLK 1A SWUP and SM6 BLK 1AU.

Responsibilities include reviewing development and witnessing test execution to ensure software requirements are met.

• Analyze systems modeling, simulation, and software test data to identify and resolve software problems.
• Provide technical assessment, fact-finding and information reporting through the product life cycle in written reports and presentations.
• Assess logic design, I/O design, firmware development, model formulation, computer architecture analysis and design, and analog or digital systems engineering for product quality assurance.
