Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a General Counsel to lead contract negotiation playbooks and manage commercial agreements in a remote capacity. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and advising on contract strategy, with emphasis on risk mitigation and compliance.

Ideal candidates will bring experience as General Counsel or deputy/general counsel, deep knowledge of corporate contracts, and the ability to deliver concise insights for AI training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and management within corporate environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
• Experience developing or utilizing contract negotiation playbooks specifically designed for companies.
• Familiarity with document-driven project assignments, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.
• Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights for AI training purposes.
